We start by carefully inspecting your planter and taking note of any worn out components that may be holding you back. Our inspection checklist is very thorough and leaves nothing untouched. After examining your planter, we create a maintenance action plan. This plan serves as a report card for your planter. It gives you a guideline of what needs to be replaced, and what does not. This report card has been very beneficial to our growers, whether the work is done in their shop or ours. Every additional percentage of meter accuracy adds a bushel or two more per acre. While they should run at 98% or better, many do not. That’s why no matter who made them, no matter their type, every meter should.
